Health
Labor will always stand up for a strong and effective public health system in South Australia. The Malinauskas Labor Government has committed to invest more than $7.1 billion to establish a better health system that current and future generations can benefit from. This investment includes 60 new beds at Noarlunga Hospital, increasing it’s capacity by more than 50%.
Education
There are a range of excellent local schools in our community that give our kids access to a first-class education and the hands of well trained and passionate educators. The recent investment in STEM and other classroom facilities in our schools are preparing kids for the jobs of the future.
Transport
As the southern suburbs have expanded in recent years, access to quality public transport has become more and more important. This is why the Malinauskas Labor Government will continue to invest in transport for the future, including preserving the Aldinga-Sellicks rail corridor, and invest $2 million to upgrade the Noarlunga Train Station.
Jobs
I am committed to bringing jobs to the southern suburbs through representing our community. Projects begun by the Labor Government like the Main South Road duplication and the River Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project will employ locals and improve job growth in the area.
